Sanjeev is a Global Finance Operations and GCC Transformation leader with 22+ years of experience across Shared Services, O2C transformation, SAP-enabled operations, and digital finance modernization. Having led global finance operations across EMEA and Japan with organisations such as Cargill and Oracle, he brings deep expertise in building scalable operating models, driving operational excellence, and enabling AI-driven finance transformation initiatives. His experience spans GCC/GBS leadership, SAP S/4HANA transformation, automation, multilingual service delivery, and leading large cross-functional global teams across diverse business environments. With a foundation shaped by his early Merchant Navy experience in Europe and Japan, Sanjeev brings operational discipline, resilience, and a global leadership perspective to transformation and shared services ecosystems.
Nagaraj specialises in venture exits, M&A advisory, capital gains maximisation, and transaction readiness. He helps founders and stakeholders navigate the most critical financial and strategic decisions of their journey — from early valuation to final negotiation.
